History:

applepelt has lived in the same clan previously as mothsrun. he was a warrior before they needed to leave and mentored one apprentice previously. when they moved to the tribe, he was made the deputy, having been close with mothsrun originally he had an advantage of them being friends. however, this doesn't mean he didn't deserve the position as he became a confident deputy within the tribe. 

 

Personality:

hes like the fun dad of the clan. he cares about his fellow clan members like they were his kits but acts like they're all best friends, even if one doesn't really enjoy his company as much as apple pelt believes they do. 

hes been close with mothsrun sense mothsrun apprenticed him when he was just a paw. they fallow each other lead like they can read what they are thinking. mothsrun is more of the brains while applepelt is the brawn. letting moth tell him what to do most of the time over deciding for himself. moth doesn't seem to mind doing so, however. apple is happy to spend time with moth despite him now being a leader and although he doesn't agree with moth's breaking of traditions over and over he still follows along and trusts his friend's decisions. the two make a great team, they can fix anything when working together.
